What is covered?
Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship), for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime. Beginning on the date of purchase and subject to applicable laws.
What is not covered?
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear.
How do you ship packages?
All packages are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, and are shipped through USPS or UPS.
Please allow up to 2-3 for orders to be processed and shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 231 countries around the world. However, there is some locations we are unable to ship. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
